IN PHOTOS: Hanoi Catholics Celebrate All Saints’ Day

Archbishop Joseph Vu Van Thien presided over the Solemn Mass for All Saints’ Day at Hanoi Cathedral on Nov. 1, bringing together clergy, religious, and hundreds of faithful in prayer and thanksgiving.

In his homily, the archbishop reflected on the Christian call to holiness, pointing to the saints as examples of those who lived righteously, sought God and followed the Beatitudes. He urged Catholics to resist evil, remain faithful to the Gospel, and make God’s holiness visible through their daily lives.

Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Vu Cong Vien, priests, seminarians, religious men and women, and members of the faithful joined the celebration, which concluded with a solemn blessing and plenary indulgence.
